Pat has been training me for over a year and since we started he has made sure to play to my strengths while building up my weaknesses, you can tell he genuinely cares about your success by the amount of effort and work he puts in to trying to help you succeed. He will go above and beyond to make sure that your work out plan is the right fit for you. Pat will not only help you with your fitness goals but will encourage you mentally and emotionally. Since the start of training I went from barely able to lift heavy, do squats or even do any push ups, with little to no confidence and since then I deadlift 200 lbs, I can squat up to 135 lbs and I bench press 105 lbs. I not only see the change in the gym but in my confidence as well. Working with Pat has changed my life for the better and I would recommend him to everyone! It’s almost 10 months I have been on training with my boss pat .... I got my ups and downs but nevertheless I gained so much confidence strength and continue to believe in myself that there is nothing impossible as long you work hard stay focus and be committed with my goal and that is to lose weight and gain muscle. I found the right person to help me to become motivated it’s not easy but there is always result . Boss pat usually tell me that there is nothing easy, he pushes me to my limit. He’s not only a trainer but a friend as well, sometimes I can feel he’s frustrated with me if I don’t get he’s instructions well but I’m also a perfectionist but at the end of the training I feel good that both us feel accomplished. Pat has been my personal trainer for over 18 months. I value him as a trainer because he knows his stuff, he has extreme passion, he will push you to new limits, and he will always give you the honest truth about what will make you better. He has a no excuses attitude. Even though I have gotten my butt kicked on numerous occasions and had to hear things that I did not like, I thoroughly enjoy talking and joking with Pat (he is also a funny guy). I had tried going to the gym and losing weight for months and nothing seemed to be working for me. I would visit the gym and would lose motivation so easy, plus it was really hard for to find the write diet and eating plan. I felt like I was going to lose hope on losing weight. I had been trying for almost a year and would only lose 4-5 pounds and then gain it back. I started training with Pat in November 2016, right away I noticed a difference. I felt like I was getting the most out of my workout, I could feel myself getting stronger and I was really pushing myself. Pat was great at keeping me motivated, teaching me new workouts, how to have proper form and how to maximize the weights. Pat was also awesome at teaching me how to eat best for my body and how to get the most out of my meals, nutrition and taste wise. Flash forward to 4 months later I was down almost 20 pounds, lost 4% body fat and felt and looked great. I believe that training with Pat was the best thing I could have done for myself, not only to look and feel great but to feel healthy and take my life back! He was excellent at keeping me on the right track and also holding me accountable for my weight loss! If you want the best results I would go with training with Pat.

I had the opportunity to work with Pat once a week for roughly a year from March 2017- August 2018. In our initial session he was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to why i chose to work with a professional trainer. He was straightforward, honest, and knew what he was doing. Pat was able to utilize sense of humor to make me feel more comfortable and allowed me to maximize my training sessions. Due to my back injury, Pat was willing to tailor my workouts to ensure i would not have any unnecessary pain. He is passionate about healthy living which is evident not only from his training skills, but also his own personal motivation to better himself. He was always willing to work with me when I did not have the drive or energy (e.g, change my weekly workouts, send motivational text messages between sessions). He taught me how to lift properly, and under his supervision, I started to do workouts I didn’t think i would ever be able to do. As a former runner I was able to learn new types of exercise and strengthen my body to prevent future injury. I was able to run my first post lower back surgery 5k under his supervision. Currently, even though we no longer train together I still use the workout programs he wrote for me. I highly recommend Pat as a trainer if you are looking for someone experienced, dedicated, and passionate about fitness, personal growth and over all wellbeing.

I’ve been training with Pat for more than a year and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants or needs a personal trainer. Pat does a great job of listening to you and then customizing a workout regimen to meet your specific goals. He knows how and when to motivate you, but can also detect when you’ve hit a wall and need to dial things back a little.
