NEXT LEVEL COACHINGOur youth soccer program is run by our head strength and conditioning coach Aidan. Aidan has experience coaching collegiate athletes at the division one level and has been a youth soccer referee for the past five years. Aidan has a deep knowledge on what it takes to succeed on the field at a high level.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
- 3 sessions per week from June 22nd- August 16th
- Structured strength and conditioning workouts
- 8 weeks of training with high level coaches (23 sessions total off July 4th)
- .25 sec decrease in 45- yard- dash time, increase of 10-20lbs on squat, bench press, and deadlift estimated 1RM
