My Story

My Name in Patriel Dunford and I am the owner of Infinite Fitness. I was definitely not the fittest person in the world (see before picture). Lifting weights and transforming my body saved my life. If it wasn’t for fitness I really don’t know where I would be. I have been working out consistently since I was sixteen years old. My journey started much earlier than that when I was in middle school and was upset that I couldn’t even do a push up. I fell in love with the feeling of making my body stronger and becoming a new person. Even since then I have dreamed of owning a gym and helping people hit their fitness goals. I have been a personal trainer for 3 years and have assisted in countless transformations. I have experience in rehabilitation, weight loss, gaining muscle, and training for athletic events. Working out and helping others workout is my main passion in life. The energy that I feel after a workout or during a session is what gets me up in the morning. When I’m not in the gym you can find me on my motorcycle or even in a hole in the wall bar singing karaoke.

Our Goal

Our main goal is to help as many people as we can achieve their ideal body. Looking in the mirror and not liking what you see is one of the hardest things to do in life. That’s why we are so passionate about health because it isn’t something that comes naturally to most people. It’s frustrating spending countless hours in the gym, eating “healthy” and not seeing many results. We want to help you build a lifestyle that works for you. ​

Health is a lifestyle

Health is a lifestyle, not something that you do for a few months and then never use it again. Just like showering health should be something that is practiced daily. Our personalized attention will make forming new healthy habits much easier than going it alone.

​Our philosophy here does not involve spending hours and hours in the gym. Almost all of the clients we see get stellar results working out anywhere from one and a half to three hours a week. The gym shouldn’t be a place where you live, it should only be a supplement to helping you enjoy the life you are already living. We will help you make the changes you need so that you can live the life you want inside of the body you want.

What you get

The most important thing when working out is to have fun. The workouts here are high energy, but also fun. We pride ourselves on helping people achieve their goals and enjoying every step of the process.

Enjoying the process means having support when you need it. Here at Infinite Fitness we believe that the reason our clients succeed is because they have a strong support system. Not every step of the process is going to be as easy as the previous and that’s why we are here every step of the way to make sure you succeed.

When you train with us there will always be a strong support system. Working out can be very difficult especially if you’re doing it right. That’s why its better to have someone who can help you along your fitness journey. Support can be anything from a long talk about nutrition to a random motivational text, but your goals are as important to us as they are to you.
